BillBusted provides digital document review and bill-analysis services. Because our reports are generated and delivered digitally, all sales are final once an analysis report has been created or delivered.
Refunds may be approved only in cases where:
- You were charged but did not receive an analysis report.
- Your document could not be processed due to a BillBusted system error.
- The wrong document was analyzed due to a technical issue on our end.
- You were accidentally charged more than once.
- A technical issue made the report unusable and we are unable to correct it through re-analysis.
We do not offer refunds because no billing error was found, because a provider or insurer refuses to adjust a bill, because you disagree with the analysis, because you uploaded the wrong document, or because you changed your mind after receiving your report.
If there is a problem with your report, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. In most cases, we will first attempt to reprocess or correct the report. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
BillBusted does not provide legal, medical, insurance, or financial advice. Our service is designed to help users review medical bills, EOBs, good faith estimates, and related documents for possible errors, inconsistencies, or questions to raise with their provider or insurer.
